Mario Maurer for Penshoppe fan conference | October 28, 2011 It was a fangirl day for me. I’m not really a die hard fan, but I just find him really adorable and gwapo, and I at least want to see him in flesh. :D I met up with my friend, Almond, who lined up early for the free seating queue. (Or I’m just late. Hah.) Good thing she did, because the line behind us was way too long than the one in front of us. It was a long wait but it was totally worth it. I have to admit that I screamed with the thousand of fans when he came out and all through out the conference. Hahahaha. It was a really fun day. Not to mention VJ Utt was there as the host, which is a ++++. Then after the conference, we went to MOA to eat late lunch at Mcd’s and watched Praybeyt Benjamin.
Then we had a snack at Red Mango, and watched In Time, which was a really nice movie. I didn’t mind spending much, I had fun hanging out with my friend that I haven’t seen for ages. :D
I’ve been wanting to read this series since last year but I haven’t seen the whole set on bookstores. And I don’t dig e-books. Good thing my friend was kind enough to lend me hers even if it hasn’t been used yet. I just started yesterday and I feel like there’s always something waiting for me to unfold every time I take a break on reading. Just want to get into everyone’s hype? Nope. I just miss reading a good book. I got these gorgeous nail polish earlier from The Face Shop. I totally fell in love with the colors and immediately tried the nude color when I got home. I end up with 3 layer coatings before it completely covered my nail, still it wasn’t that thick. I’m not the best on painting my nails, but I really like how it turned out! :) After many attempts of doing it but failed miserably, I finally did this smokey eye make up! -shuffles- I’ve been wanting to try out Holga cameras for so long. I’ve always been fascinated of the vintage feel of every photo the camera makes. That’s why I always apply it to my photos. The economical side of me found this holga lens for Canon camera on eBay in a very affordable prize. :D So now I could finally try it out and experiment without worrying the film rolls. This will do for now, since I’m also using my dad’s SLR. Tried it out earlier after I got it. There’s not much nice to shoot here, so I can’t wait to go out of town to try this precious holga lens. :D I was so happy earlier that the sun was finally up again. Usually weather affects my mood and I was extra hyper this morning while enjoying my cup of cereal drink. And Mr. Mustache (DIY) kept me cozy. I also took several pictures outside with dad’s Pentax P50. It was a really nice weather, not the scorching hot type of weather. Hype Mr. Mustache on Lookbook. Need inspiration on how to wear this new thrift lace dress :) ———- Thank you everyone who followed me! I try to follow back you guys. I usually post my photos here or some random things. Thank you again!
Insisted to come with my sister, Tanya and her daddy on T’s post birthday celebration at Mr. Jones because of free food. LOL. Since my sister had a voucher there, she said it’s ok. And I’d get to take pictures for them, so I think it’s cool. So we ate there for merienda/dinner. The food was great. Their meals have large servings and it satisfied my hungry stomach. :) Then we had gelato for dessert at Gelatissimo. On our way home, Tanya wanted to take a picture of us. We had a few takes with T making funny faces. The last one’s the most decent but still funny. :)) Tanya’s 3rd birthday | July 17, 2011 |
